Antonio at reception was super nice and assisted us with scheduling an uber to the airport when we first checked in. However, our second night there, we arrived late due to a concert and a storm and we were unable to grab dinner so we asked if there was any places we could order from, they gave us a menu for a place nearby but when we called the restaurant and they refused to take our order because we spoke English. We went down to reception and asked the lady (cannot remember her name) and she had a huge attitude about having to assist us and made another receptionist do it instead.

We had a great stay. The room was very spacious and featured a very large balcony, which made it even more enjoyable. The included breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options. Overall, a very comfortable hotel that we would happily recommend.

Excellent location for working at fiera milano. The on site restaurant is very nice. Staff are always friendly.

We went in a big group for my soccer tournament and the staff were helpful in checking all the guys in to their respective rooms. They all told me about how spacious the rooms were and they all seemed very happy with the hotel.

Staff at reception were very helpful when we couldn’t get a double bed. Hotel was ridiculously nice and I would highly recommend staying! Only a short 10-15 min walk to metro!

Great hotel, well maintained, staff could be more friendly, located in an area without public transport making it difficult to explore Milan. Nearest metro is 1 kilometer away.
