My stay here was enjoyable. Great amenities and great staff. From the gym to the gaming room, there was so much to enjoy, The lobby alone was impressive. Representatives at Concierge were so much fun and provided a great variety of suggestions for dining and attractions. We felt very welcomed. The suite was very clean, nicely prepared, and equipped with everything needed, down to utensils and dishes. It was great to have a laundry room onsite. The only issue I experienced was from the room being right next to the elevator. The noise from the elevator sounded like an underground subway passing through. If possible, would prefer a room down the hall, away from the elevators. The location was within walking distance to Union Square. I would return to stay here again.

When i booked i asked for a quiet room on a high floor. They put me on the second floor and the ac compressor was right outside my window making noise 24h. The gym is pitiful, they do not have daily cleaning, so i stayed one week and my room was never cleaned, and the area is dodgy full of drug addicts and homeless people.

The hotel was gorgeous and very well maintained! The room was very nice and had everything that we needed. The staff were extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the area. They helped to make our family vacation even better. I would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back!!!

Great stay! The staff was very accommodating, the concierge was super helpful and our room was clean and comfortable. The location was excellent- walkable to Union Square and Downtown and a short drive to San Francisco attractions like Pier 39, Fisherman’s Wharf, etc. Would definitely stay again!
