Location was excellent and the hotel fit all of our needs. I just wish it had bigger garbage pails and our refrigerator didn’t work.

Absolutely amazing property--staff was incredible (my kids fell in LOVE with "sugar" at the front desk). The pool was great, the free laundry room was a major bonus for traveling with kids. The room was lovely, bed was great. Access to everything was perfect, can't recommend this place engough for a family traveling with kids.

We enjoyed how central this hotel was to all that you may need in the Boston area as a traveler. We easily took the train from the airport and didn't even need to go outside to check into the hotel. The only downside of our stay was that we woke up one morning with a bug crawling on one of the pillows. We approached the staff at the front desk about this and were immediately dismissed, being told "At least it's not a bedbug". As a Bonvoy member, I would have expected more out of the staff to at least apologize for this.

Just okay if you are passing through for the night. Staff is friendly but it’s not a premium property. Bedding in particular was thin and not comfortable.
