Breakfast was great, staff was helpful, excellent rooftop view. We got upgraded to king room which was very nice. The only thing to be aware of is that this hotel has no parking, and trying to find parking nearby is painful, you are better off parking in the main strip. There are also narrow stairs and the rooms themselves a little dated and could do a bit of Renovation, for example, the King room bathroom has a shower that wets the entire floor which is a risky slipping hazard.

Good value for money with excellent roof terrace for balloon watching. Staff a bit indifferent and terrible noise insulation. Breakfast ok..ish

The staff went out of their way to make a breakfast for us an hour earlier than usual time. We really appreciate it because we have an early flight. Thank you so much.

Stayed at Bedrock Cave Hotel for two nights. Upon arrival, we were given a different room than the one we originally booked. Although the staff upgraded us to a much nicer room the following day, it was still inconvenient to spend the first night in a standard room we didn’t choose and then have to pack and move again during such a short stay. On the positive side, Elias was very kind and did his best to accommodate us. He arranged the upgraded room and also extended our checkout time to 12 PM instead of 11 AM, which we appreciated. Overall, I would recommend confirming your reservation ahead of time and asking if they are experiencing any system issues that could affect your check-in or room assignment.

Friendly staff, very accomodating

A small cave hotel, tucked away in an alleyway in Goreme. It was well-managed by helpful staff and we were made to feel welcome at every step. The room was enough for two people and despite being a cave, it was fitted with all amenities including an Airconditioner. The hot water was in abundant supply. The only small issue was with the quality of the soap and towels provided; they could have been of a better quality. Whilst booking, it was mentioned that self-parking was available but that was no easy task. Parking on the roads on Goreme hill is free but spaces are limited and get filled up pretty quickly. The road actually in front of the hotel did not allow parking as it was too narrow for other cars to pass through if one was parked on the side. I usually had to go round and round several times or wait for long periods in one of the corners before a parking space was found reasonably close to the hotel. The breakfast was top quality and served on the upper floor with beautiful views of the valley. The bread was soft and tasty as were all the other options offered. Luckily our room was on the same floor as the reception or else it would have been difficult to lug up the suitcases on the stairs. There is no elevator ..... understandably. All in all an enjoyable experience and special thanks to Ali who managed the reception and the breakfast and looked after us admirably.

I had an awful stay at this hotel and would strongly advise against booking here. The room had major maintenance issues: there was a foul, constant odor coming from the toilet, the shower area leaked water everywhere, and the air conditioning unit leaked water directly onto the head of my bed. When I asked the reception for a room change due to the leaking AC over my bed, they completely refused to help. On top of that, there was zero privacy. The window faced a restaurant’s rooftop seating area, and because the curtains were too short to cover the window, people on the roof could see straight into my room. The room lighting was also incredibly dim and dark. To make matters worse, I had a duplicate booking due to an internet glitch, and management refused to refund the accidental extra booking. Terrible room quality and zero customer care. Avoid this place.
