Hotel is very central near the harbour and easy access to the front area and also the shopping centre.

WIFI was not working. I won't use this place again.

Great hotel for the price. The location was perfect in the centre and easy to walk everywhere. The beds were comfortable, the air conditioning worked well. The breakfast was good with bread and honey or jam, fresh herbs and salad items and a selection of cheeses, meats and hard boiled eggs. A lovely roof terrace for breakfast with views of the city and the pool was clean and quiet. The only slight downside is the very small dated bathroom, but it was clean and everything worked so we were happy with it. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would recommend this as a great budget hotel.

Very disappointed by this hotel we arrive no fridge in our room internet kept dropping out room not made up in 3 days we were there had to ask for towels twice elevator not working very poor lighting in bathroom

Location was good. Hotel needs a good upgrade, old, leaky plumbing, very small room. Didn't feel like coming to hotel for relaxing. Need good chefs as cooked food

Worst hotel experience ever and I've travelled to more than 80 countries staying in hundreds of hotels! After waiting nearly 4 weeks with more than 3 hours communicating with Expedia and Expedia to the hotel to be told there would be no refund! Not even my second room cost which wasn't available due to over booking would be refunded! I booked two double rooms for two people so each person having our own room with a double bed arrived and was told I only made 1 booking for 1 person they said they were overbooked by 10 rooms and that I only had 1 person booked into 1 room I then showed my booking evidence then they apologised and showed my second printed proof of booking they asked for me to help and work with them with their best offer putting me and my friend in a room together with single beds (not double sized) so smaller beds than paid for. Their best offer was to simply move my second room booking to a future date The shower wasn't running properly when arriving, simply a faint drip however, could kind of shower with it and stopped working altogether in the morning The noise from the side street with the bars and nightclubs was extremely loud (which went on till 06.00 in the morning) wouldn't have been too bad with balcony door closed however, it was clear our air conditioning wasn't working. an engineer visited us at 02.00 and tried to fix the unit for a while before accepting it was not working My female friend had to sleep in reception on a sofa!

Everything in the this hotel is very old including AC, furniture, bathtub…etc. Furthermore, I did reservation for a non-smoking room and when I stepped in the room I was able to smell the smoke with an ashtray sitting on the desk. However, the location of the hotel is great and the breakfast is okay. Yet, I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again.
