Check in was very informative. They gave us all the info we needed. Since check in was at a different location they provided us with a ride on a golf cart. The place was amazing. They had 2 pools but one was under renovations. The elevator was out of service the whole time we were there and we never saw anyone ever work on it. Security was always at their post so very safe. Super close to 5ta avenida so that was awesome. Our biggest issue was we booked this location due to us calling ahead of time to ask if we could have mariachis in our condo due to us celebrating our daughter’s 15th bday. She had made her only request to be to have mariachis. We called and we were told yes, no issue as long as no loud music after 10pm. Understandable, we planned on having them there at 6:30 for our bday dinner. We check in and ask what the process would be for the mariachi and we are told we can’t do it due to it would be too loud for others around us. Their rules literally said no loud music or noise after 10 pm, we were not having it after 10pm so we spoke to the property manager and I showed him their rules which clearly stated no loud noise after 10pm and they still refused. We had to cancel the mariachi and lost our money due to that. We asked if we could have them out in the street and we would walk out and they said the cops would probably be called due to the noise. Not willing to work with us on that either after we were told initially we could hence why we booked with them.
