Room and hotel were lovely but coffee tray, which I use daily, was not refilled fully. For some reason the front desk gentlemen could not give out more than 2 creamer packets at a time, including claiming that they couldn't find any (?) Perhaps better coordination with housekeeping supply staff might fix that.

Great location, close to the old town. Near to some great resturants. Staff we really friendly and couldn't help us enough. Great parking nearby under the opera house that was really cheap for the one night we stayed.

Didn’t visit the gym. But the sauna was hot, with attractive wooden seating and interior walls. One suggestion to improve access and ease of getting to the lowest level: Add a wooden step stool to help all, especially seniors and children, to step up, the lowest level is rather high off the floor.
