Room was quite adequate, however starting to get worn. Nothing around close for a coffee. I’m not big on instant coffee which is what’s offered.

This is our property of choice when visiting MacKay, about 7 to 8 times a year. This is very convenient as the hotel restaurant is on premises. The rooms are consistently very clean; housekeeping do a great job. The rooms are starting to age a little and maybe time some refurbishment was considered. That said, a great property to stay.

Everything is good. Eve at reception always very pleasant and room spotless

Only stayed a few times but each time is super comfy & great so close to dining/beverage/pokies. Staff were lovely, food at the restaurant was as always dee-lish!
