The room was immaculate, clean and comfortable for the two of us. Great bathroom very big and spacious. I had to work for a bit, the desk was spacious and the wifi had good coverage. We did not have a spa pool. Staff very friendly and I used the service sign to have our room serviced; came back and the room was spotless, thank you. Will definitely stay again and the rate was very good. Close to supermarket, town and restaurants so good location.

所有的客房都朝着马路，每天都有大车路过，特别吵。

Great big space

Bed is a bit too soft

Clean room, near popular places in rotorua, spa tub and easy parking.

The quietness was superb in the area was superb - the unit was comfortable & tidy - needed more pillows, spa area roof needs tidying as rain outside fell down walls & was very noisy at night.

Trash place

Well setup and very funtional with all you need including cooking equipment

Room furniture was poorer quality, comfortable bed

Just so suitable for my family
