We had an absolutely amazing experience at The Newbury Boston! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had chosen the perfect hotel.
We were greeted by Andrew at check-in, and he couldn’t have been more welcoming or accommodating. We arrived extremely early after a red-eye flight, fully expecting to wait for our room. Instead, Andrew went above and beyond to find us a room that morning so we could rest, and then the next day he even arranged to move us to an even better room with a spectacular view. His kindness and exceptional service truly set the tone for our entire stay.
I could write a book about all the reasons this hotel is outstanding. Every detail is top-notch, from the incredible staff and impeccable service to the beautiful rooms, amazing amenities, unbeatable location, and breathtaking views. Everywhere you turn, you can tell they genuinely care about providing a first-class experience.
If you’re considering staying here, do yourself a favor and book it. I can honestly say you won’t regret it. It was worth every penny, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly, highly recommend!
