Disgusting! Most Motel 6's, Days Inn's and Comfort Inn's are way better. Will never stay at a Hilton again.

The hotel was very noisy. There were large dogs throughout the hotel and patrons had to wait for other patrons with the large dogs to move or leave an area. One of the large dogs had to be pulled throughout the common areas of the hotel. The floors (carpets) were spotted with stains and the sheets and pillows smelled unclean.

After a very unfortunate experience checking into another hotel, we ended up finding this hotel at the last minute, and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we arrived, the staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly, welcoming, and genuinely eager to make sure everything was perfect. They checked in with us throughout our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, and their customer service really stood out. The hotel was very clean, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. Breakfast was hearty, delicious, and offered plenty of variety, making it a great way to start each day. This is a fantastic mid-range hotel that delivers excellent value. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, and if we’re back in Colorado Springs, it will definitely be our first choice. Thank you to the entire team for turning what started as a stressful travel experience into such a positive stay!

Location was good and parking was ok. The breakfast was very limited. They had waffles but no syrup, cereal, yogurt and bagels. The carpets down the halls were very dirty. The room was ok but in three nights no one cleaned our room so our trash was overflowing.
