Authorization for Companion: If the principal guest will not be present during the stay, the companion must present an authorization letter from the principal guest, together with valid identification, authorizing them to check in and occupy the room. Breakfast: Breakfast is not included in the room rate. Guests may avail of breakfast separately upon check-in, subject to availability and applicable charges. Group Bookings: For reservations of more than five (5) rooms, different policies, cancellation conditions, and additional supplements may apply. The hotel reserves the right to provide separate terms and conditions for group bookings. Outside Food: Guests bringing outside food into the property will be charged a corkage fee equivalent to 50% of the total receipt or the perceived value of the food, whichever is applicable. Security Deposit: A PHP 1,000.00 cash security deposit is required upon check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages during the stay. The deposit will be refunded upon check-out, subject to room inspection and settlement of any applicable charges. Smoking Policy: Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas. Guests who smoke in prohibited areas will be responsible for any costs, damages, cleaning fees, and liabilities resulting from smoking. Special Requests: Special requests are subject to availability and are not applicable to all room types. Requests cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by the hotel. Valid Identification: All guests are required to present a valid government-issued ID and their booking confirmation email upon arrival.For Filipino guests, accepted IDs include: SSS, GSIS, UMID, Driver’s License, OWWA ID for OFWs, PRC ID, Senior Citizen ID, and Passport. Postal ID and COMELEC ID are accepted only when presented together with a second valid government-issued ID.For foreign guests, accepted IDs include: Passport, ACR, and AEP.Company IDs and Student IDs are not accepted.
