We had a wonderful stay

Hotel is pretty new and that's is reason it's clean. Street parking, elevator not working, very difficult for me since I have knee problems.

Everything was great, however the room size is quite smaller than I thought. Other than that I enjoyed how close everything is to the hotel.

Parking is not available and you can park next to the hotel but it’s very tiny and hard to park.

Breakfast could be better since there were very few options.

Clean and economical hotel with friendly staff

Great budget hotel. About 20 min walk from the old City. All the staff were very attentive and helped throughout my trip even with their limited English. The map in Hotels.com is slightly out so hotel staff sent whattsap of location. Hotel will park car on side street. Breakfast is basic but fresh. They will make omlette if asked. Air con was turned on/off centrally so just ring the reception and they will help with settings. Some really good local eateries nearby, as well as supermarket. It is best to get around old city by walking or taxi. 20 min drive to the Telefrik/ ski lifts. Great historic little City to enjoy local Turkish cuisine and culture!

Not customer friendly!

Great service and very good staff. Rooms a bit on the smaller side but great value for money. Parking is an issue during the week but the reception staff park it for you.
