10/10 for me because the location is in there for everything you needed for shops , foods , everything yo want in this area stay in this property specially the one we rent of spacious rooms neat and clean recommended the view of 20 th floors is amazing try this unit if you guys interested to stayed here Ipoh octagon suites ..

Parki g is an absolute mess. The ramp up the building tilt at great angle
The place looks old.
Toilet paper holder screw came out and barely holding the paper holder in place.
Goes to show how well maintained this place it

Many items in the property are in broken-down conditions.

Hebat Make sure you contact the property about check in procedure. They sent it to whatsapp, should sent it to email. Took me an hr. to contact them, and they were nice to let me in before paying the damage deposit. The on site agent Kyan is very nice and accommodating. She came despite other work and sent me tons of good link to local food. The office people are efficient and helpful too. very spaces, and place is clean. Will come back again and recommend to others.

Property was good for an extended family, as they had 3 beds, although that they had only two rooms.
Area was in the center of where I travelled within Ipoh. Most of the venues were no more than 20mins drive away.
Good food was only walking distance away from the property.
I brought my own utensils, so its not a problem for an extended family, if not there's a pair for each.

Waited for the agent who was very rushed and did not even take us up to the room. Also I asked about wifi in the room and he said yes but no password was given to me or was there one written anywhere. Could then not get hold of agent.

Great location.
Troublesome check in and need to pay a deposit in cash but staff was great in waiting for us when we were delayed 6 hours due to horrific traffic jam.
Inadequate kitchen facilities for 6 people.
