The location is great. Close to train station, castle & shopping streets.
Rooms are very old. I would stay here again if price was the most important thing.

The bathroom was not as well laid out as some other tiny unitized Japanese bathrooms I have seen, but overall this was a good hotel.

Hebat This hotel is the best value in Kochi. Of course the room is a little small but it's OK for one person and has everything you need including hot water kettle and clean towels everyday. Also, the hotwater is great for the Japanese Style bath tub.
