Two night stay in Belfast near City Airport. Quiet area despite busy street. Room was nice and included essential amenities, but bed was not comfortable. Mattress needed replacing. Would roll over and hear springs popping. Pillow was very thin and useless. Staff in the morning was very friendly. Made all effort to accommodate and assist. All considered, very good value for money.

Good comfortable b&b in a quiet location it within easy walk of amenities The box check in and breakfast service was a bit impersonal, it it worked so can’t complain

We think of a B&B in the traditional way, where someone welcomes you into their home. This was more like an Air B&B, but with continental breakfast supplied. We were lucky enough the first morning to find someone to call a cab for us, but never saw anyone after that except other guests. It was nice to have access to a fridge to keep drinks cold, but we were expecting a homemade breakfast.

We’d heard about some lovely hosts and brown bread and didn’t ever meet hosts. We were buzzed through to a lockbox with our key. Nice tub but there was mold on the ceiling in several places in room 7. Close to the Titanic and plentiful free parking but not worth a revisit.

Horrible. So the room was freezing. And the hot water didn’t work. It was literally ice cold water. And of course, you couldn’t contact or reach anyone…..

The b&b is very clean and in a good location, I’d give 5 stars but the breakfast was very disappointing. We were told it was served between 8-10am. We came down at 9, there were no eggs left and nobody came out to replenish. Also there were dirty dishes left around the kitchen as there was no obvious place to leave them and nobody came to collect them. I’m sure staff were lovely but we didn’t see them. They did bring a towel to our room once but that was it. If they improve the breakfast they’re worth 5 stars.
