Need mosquito netting on windows on cabins 57 and 58 because of stagnant water in the creek apart from that very nice. Thank you.

Ngaa tamariki was enclosed within the complex. Well lite at night where the kid's can play .

Thermal pool was awesome but next time will avoid the school holidays. Cabin was terrific with everything included that we needed. Heaps of towels included in room and very clean. Will be back.

Staff member who served me was very helpful and changed my booking when I realised my booking did not have a shower or toilet. Grouting in bathroom needs cleaning.

Room was okay, luckily only two of us in the lodge room but if 5 people staying in there would be very cramped. Only sockets are by the window, not next to the bed. There was basically no crockery in the kitchen, had to ask reception twice for crockery and a pan, they werent very forthcoming. Swimming pool and kitchen shut for 2 hrs every morning which isnt great. Bathrooms could be cleaner
