Beautiful property, but hospitality is lagging. Also if you’re in a loft room, there is a hazardous stair to the bathroom which is right beside the stairs down to lower level, so need to be very careful at night. No night lights. Plus, the noise from other guests going up their stairs in rooms beside you is SO LOUD! Paper thin walls. And no kitchen dishes or utensils were available in our kitchen (and stove was turned off!) Instead they provided a good breakfast, but was still inconvenient for having a glass of wine in our room. Would be an amazing property with a little attention to detail, better sound barriers between rooms and improved service.

Super friendly staff and very nice and relaxing place! The cave spa is amazing; would definitely recommend. Rooms are spacious; beds comfy with memory foam toppers, and bathroom good-sized with rainfall shower. Great views, too, from the pool area.

Enjoyed the pool area. I was pleased they provided a kettle and some milk on request so we could make tea

Not worth the $$ staff is just ok, rooms and furniture are tired. On a sunny day I’m sure pool is nice and the massage was excellent

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The only thing we would do differently next time is stay longer. The salt caves were really nice and the pool facilities were also great.

Fantastic stay, staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel fantastic layout and pool areas. Rooms very good, air con excellent nd very good bathrooms with rain shower. Will definetley be returning. 5 star.

We did not offer a free room upgrade based on availability. There were free rooms! No detailed final check was offered.
