I booked this resort base on some reviews and also pictures of the resort. This is a fairly new resorts that can be easily outperform some 4 Stars' in the area if it was managed properly. However, these are the issues that I found while staying there last week.
A/C in the room - noisy and not even cold. I was sweating the whole time inside.
Water pressure - water pressure for the shower is horrible. I couldn't even wash my hair! I finally gave up and went to one of the salon on the street.
Staffs- No staffs are smiling! They all sported a blank look and walked the other way when they see guests.
Breakfast - foods are horrible! I mean, why would anyone pan fried bacons inside the eating area which does not have any A/C or ventilation fan?
Overall, I will not stay or recommend anyone to stay at this place until all of the above were fixed. The only good thing about this place is a nice pool and decent beach. Other than that, go elsewhere.
