Good location for visiting Windsor. Lovely ,clean ,airconditioned room. Good choice of food for breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Would definitely use again.

Whilst the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the premium rooms are spacious, with decent amenities and a comfy but firm bed. Unfortunately, my partner and I both woke up the following day with a terrible rash all over our bodies. There was no indication of bed bugs, but there was definitely something up with the bedding, as we brought our own skincare products. It's taken 4 days for the rash to subside. A shame really, as the hotel was nice and the location was ideal for our stay.

Room was clean air conditioning working satisfactory. Water from the shower did not drain down the plug hole quickly enough causing the shower did to flood the bathroom. Due to this on checking out I was not charged the overnight rate for parking my car. Would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for a week. It’s only 25 minutes from Heathrow airport but far away from all attractions like London eye, buckingham palace etc. And uber will cost around $125 one way to city and almost 2 hours in traffic. And because of traffic uber drivers might not accept your ride. Other than that it was very nice stay. They have free breakfast and 24 hour restaurant in house. All of the employees were very friendly, helpful and courteous. Both bathroom and bedroom was clean and beds were comfortable . We had nice air conditioning and hot water shower. I will always recommend this hotel unless you’re going to city every day for tourist attractions

Hotel looks very old and dirty. Carpet in the room ugly and extremely dirty. Only beds and towels were proper clean. Horrible shower which flooded all bathroom and thermostatic which was very hard to set up for proper temperature. We spend there only one night in the way to Legoland. Breakfast was good enough. We had all we needed. Good coffee.

The area leaves a lot to be desired. This hotel is not in Slough but in a smaller area outside of Slough. Breakfast ok (holiday inn standard fare)

Only issue we had was the shower drain which seemed to be jammed up a bit !
