Room was good with a gorgeous view of the Duomo. Note: this is on the second floor with no elevator, so prepare to hike up two flights with your luggage

Proximity to Duomo and Uffizzi and Academia was beyond expectations. This hotel is in the heart of bustling action, yet so quiet when windows were closed. Very clean and the staff was kind, friendly and knowledgeable. SPECIAL MENTION TO THE LOVELY LADY RUNNING THE COFFEE AND SWEET DOLCEZZA IN THE ALLEY BEHIND THE HOTEL!

Host was very helpful. Rooftop area has wonderful views. We did have a private bathroom upgrade. No lift available.

Close to train station. Shower was in same space as the beds so privacy was only provided by the shower curtain.
