Love this hotel it’s fantastic for families and kids! I stayed with my mother, sister, and son, and we booked a one-bedroom suite. It was very spacious, clean, and had everything you need for an extended stay. The staff were incredibly kind and patient. I would definitely book this hotel again.
The ONLY thing I would say is that the slide and the stairs leading up to it need to be redone IMMEDIATELY. The stairs and parts of the slide were 97% covered in rust, and it honestly looked unsafe and very unappealing.
I also think the main pool needs more frequent maintenance, especially with how many guests use it throughout the day. There was quite a bit of hair and other debris in the water. It seemed like the pool could benefit from more frequent skimming and regular vacuuming and filtration to keep it clean. The pool itself is beautiful it just needs a little more upkeep.
Overall, we had a great stay, and I would absolutely return.
