I’ve stayed here a few times over the past couple of years. A lovely welcome as always. Clean and the bedding is luxurious and comfortable.
I will definitely return here when I’m working in the area again.

The room was clean, today and warm even if a little dated. The staff (Charles) on the second morning was very attentive and friendly.
Perfect location for the horse racing event at Sandown and access to the train for a trip to London too.

Charles, the owner, was an excellent host and cooked us great breakfasts!
The location was ideal for us and close to the train station, making it easy for us to take a trip into London.

Treasure hunt to get in . Room clean spotless and quiet. Charles is a great host. Stayed here a few times now and will definitely be going back.

A quick last minute stop for family event:
No room at family place so looked for reasonable overnight accommodation.
Made very welcome by Charles, who gave me a quick tour and things I needed to know

Really appreciated everything from my one night stay. Warm welcome, thoughtful vegan breakfast options , very comfortable room with nice tea and coffee , peaceful setting. Thank you.
