Bawah Purata Very disappointing stay. The room was not clean, there were no amenities, and the overall experience was well below expectations. Breakfast was extremely poor—the only thing I could actually eat was the fruit salad. What they called "smashed eggs" was more like a bland cream than real scrambled eggs. I also noticed a big difference in how guests are treated when booking through Expedia instead of directly with the hotel. It felt like third-party guests receive less attention, are given inferior rooms, and the staff seems indifferent because they assume you won't be a returning customer. Every guest deserves the same level of service, regardless of how the reservation was made. I would not stay here again thru Expedia!

Hebat The Hotel is located right near the tram stop which takes you for free to the airport terminals 1 and 2. The breakfast was complete and quite good! The only problem we had was at arrival there is no clearly marked zone for drop-off. We wanted to check in with our luggage before returning our rental car. We managed but had to convince a police officer to let my husband wait in a tourist bus area for 15 minutes!

Hebat Loved my stay here.
Close to transit centre.
Next to Parc Phoenix.
Great bread for breakfast.
Housekeeper checked on me every day if I needed anything. This is unheard of at higher end hotels. Wished I'd seen the lady the day before I left, to show my gratitude.
I really loved this stay!

Maybe it’s just a US thing but they have no ice or vending machines. Air conditioning was not great. Staff and property were nice and clean. Very convenient to the train station and airport if you’re planning on seeing the countryside. Beautiful place.

I would not recommend any disabled people to use this Hotel as the car park is inaccessible after the dark and miles away from the hotel
The hotel is disgrace to IHG

The breakfast and staff were excellent. Very close to the airport an easy convenient five minute walk.

The air conditioning did not work well at all. Had a front desk employee come up to the room to check on it. He pushed buttons and said the air was now coming out and it would cool down but it only got about 1 degree cooler. The internet did not work in my room either. Upon checkout I did have a helpful employee who directed me to the tram to the airport

The WiFi wasn’t working, I couldn’t get a few things uploaded and I spent ages trying to figure out how I could get it working, such a waste of time.
