Clean. Kid friendly.Spacious Great location.

We stayed here for a few days while visiting the parks. It was nice and convenient. The condo was clean and we had plenty of room.

We absolutely loved our stay at this resort! Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The resort has everything a family needs for a fun and relaxing vacation. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this resort to families looking for a wonderful vacation experience and look forward to coming back in the future.

Great setup for a long stay. Quiet complex. The AC in our unit had trouble the last night getting up to 75°. Other than that, I would recommend to families.

It was very convenient to universal

This room was very clean. Very friendly staff at check in and out. Pool and activities area clean and organized. Would definitely recommend this property to others and book it for another trip

Wr loved are stay

The room was very spacious and beautiful updated as well as cozy a lovely home away from home. The kitchen had everything you needed to make meals if you didn’t want to just dine out. The bedrooms were very nice and spacious and so were the bathrooms. The staff were very nice and personable. The pool area is very nice and ready for all sorts of enjoyment with outdoor games and grills as well as with a handicap chair in the pool if needed. Very close to all sorts of fun activities for the family. Overall we will booking another stay soon here!

Ideal location for Universal Parks (including Epic). Outside is a bit dated and the check in office is a bit out of the way, but the unit was nicely updated. Seriously good value compared to the official Universal Hotels. There were so many games around the pool area I wish we had planned a day to just enjoy that.

Everything was great! Clean! Friendly! Easy! Convenient! Quiet! Our kids loved it here!
