Great room on this occasion, very quiet and all plumbing working! Very peaceful with good breakfast.

Normally a pleasant time capsule in the woods but this visit I received no housekeeping for 4 days. I complained on day 2 and day 4 but just got offered to collect more towels. Never a manager or housekeeping available to discuss.

Where I stay every time I’m in Roermond

Very outdated hotel. The room was not clean. Especially the pillow was extremely dirty with hair, dust and black specks on it. Luckily there was a pillow in the closet, so I used that one. When I told about the pillow at check-out, the receptionist said they would swap it out. Hopefully they do that every time? No apologies were given. Also the keycard wasn’t working on some doors like the pool and dressing rooms. O had to ask to get it activated. All and all not a great experience.

The room was not clean and moister in the bathroom.

Lovely place to stay surrounded by forest.

Lovely hotel in a gorgeous woodland location. Great for relaxation, walks, cycling etc.
