hotel booked but never reflected in existing hotel system...waiting for hour to get things solved...was being notified that existing room was booked. Hence, require to top up addtional RM20 for other room / change room.

Hebat Got into a room with spoilt AC, luckily hotel employee changed one for me. Good location and hotel is serviced by a lift.

Location is fine, easy to find. Receptionist is very friendly. But the room condition is very bad, eg. socket point loosen, have never clean the air-con before, no shampoo given. Not to mention that the toilet has cockroach! Hopefully not all room is in this condition (room we stay is 310)

It is a very nice experience in Subang Valley Hotel. The transportation fees from Subang Valley Hotel to Sunway Pyramid only costs RM 8-10 by Uber. It's really convenient, there is Aeon Subang Jaya nearby. The room is very neat and clean,everything is higher than my expectation.

It was an average stay.The management of the hotel should impose a stricter rules on non-smoking policy throughout the hotel. Some staffs were seen smoking inside the hotel.

Bawah Purata Overhaul is not bad to stay . Breakfast provide not good . Everyday same meal.
