overall fine experience… images / photos here on expedia didn’t exactly match the cleanliness or scale of the ‘queen’ size bed.. staff was kind and helpful. 3/5.

EXHORBITANT rates, ice machine not functioning - been "out of order" for a long time! Bed creaked whenever you moved, bed sheets are worned and on its last leg.

I liked that there was a fridge and microwave and roll in shower for disabled people. I was given the wrong room. I specifically booked an accessible room for my disabled husband. First they tried upstairs then downstairs regular room. I literally had to show the picture of the room I booked for the woman who worked there to understand what I wanted. Mind you that my husband was right behind me in his wheelchair the whole time.I didn’t like soap/shampoo. They were damaged and looked used. Ice machine was broken but I guess they think it’s funny to still give you a bucket and bag for it. Didn’t totally hate it but I wouldn’t choose to stay again.

The best part about the room was the air conditioning. There was dirt on the ceiling and walls. The lock was also broken and there was paint missing from the walls as well.
