Overall, this hotel is nice.
The only thing is it's a little bit far away from the centre of the city. So if you have business somewhere nearby this location, this hotel worth a try.

Hebat Perfect for a short stay. The old part of Phu My Hung is very interesting with shops and eating places close by.
Could be improved by having a different breakfast selection although they may not be aiming at Western visitors.

Hebat This hotel is well situated in District 7, which is nearly 50% Korean, as well as having many other nationalities. Although there isn't much in the way of tourist sites in District 7, staying here means that you are away from the heavy traffic, smog and noise of District 1. Rather than regular taxis, we took Uber or GRAB each day down into District 1, where we saw the sites. Two days, we stayed in District 7. There are several huge shopping malls and hundreds of restaurants. The hotel staff are very welcoming and friendly. The hotel and rooms are impeccably clean, and efficient.
