The pool and lagoon were great for younger kids. The only thing I would recommend is to lengthen the hours of the pool eatery and bar. Closing at 5:00 PM is a little early for summer time.

The staff that checked us in were very nice but it seemed Iike they were d0ing battle with the computer, h0wever in the end , The placement 0f the r00ms they gave us were perfect! thank you As far as amenities I wish there were a few more f00d seIecti0ns right there cI0se by AII and aII it is an amazing pIace t0 have a fun, stress free family vacation We had 4 units and 17 people , from 2 m0nths 0Id t0 sIxtynine and everyne was c0mf0rtabIe and had a great time MahaI0

Air conditioning didn't work and they couldn't fix it, so they moved us to a new room.

Very spacious and well maintained suites! We were on the first floor and loved having an outdoor seating area. Access to the pools within other Hilton resorts on the property was great! Walking distance to nearby Queens Marketplace.

Rooms were fantastic for families and the resort was beautiful. The easy access to the main Hilton property was wonderful and our kids loved it. Super easy access to the restaurants and stores near by as well. Overall, couldn't have been happier with our choice.

Yes kitchen was fully equipped. There were plenty of shops near by. The front desk staff was wonderful. However, sometime when I texted for request, it was forgotten. The property was old. The water pressure was very weak. The screen to the patio was broken. The ceiling lamp cover fell off in the middle of the night.
