Hotel stay is average. No bottled water which I much prefer than going out of the room to get water. The room needs a fresh coat of paint as it looks gloomy.

I like everything except for painting colour

Affordable and comfortable

As it is my first stay, i am very recommended for this stay. Very comfy and silences. Rather than the hotel i've staying before, the surrounding is middle of the city. Get easiest to go anyway by taking public transport (bus,grab) also KTM. Also have night market "Downtown" for you who sleep late-night to hangout with. Nearest The Mines Mall, Cinema and other entertainment activities. Guest what? They are also have conference room for any others company whose need staying and event in one building. Good and friendly staff as well. Very Very and Very recommended !!! Giving u guys 5 Star.

For a short trip, one night stay, the hotel is adequate

Overall the room is clean except for the stain on the bed sheet and the towels was not very clean.

Hotel is abt convenient location but not very clean. Sheets and towels are old. Shower head was spoilt. Worse is smoking is allowed in ALL the rooms which is not very healthy makes the air dirty. Room had a mildew smell too.

The hotel is ok. But not too suitable for family trip

The room was okay. Only towels and bedsheets are quite dirty with stains. Staffs was friendly, helpful and responsive. I reported about the spoiled iron at level 2 and they changed the iron by the next morning! Good job!

Grey towels - bring your own! Tiled floor is dusty - bring your own slippers Air con works well. Noise from traffic! Try the yong tau hu from restaurant few shophouses away - Superb!
