The room had an odor, the sheets and shower looked like they haven’t been cleaned in years. 0/10 would not recommend

The hotel is very run down. I would stay there if I was driving through and only cared about finding the cheapest bed to sleep in overnight.

Do not stay. Rooms smelled like cat piss. Shower handle broke off when I tried to take a shower.

The conditions where horrible. I had to buy batteries for the remote off of some guy vacuuming the hallway that didn't even work there. I want a refund but customer service will not reply to my emails.

Place did not live up to the pictures. Building needed work and front lobby was a joke. Canceled both my reservations and went to Comfort Inn.

Arriving there was no one at front desk had to go to baymont hotel next door to check in. Once enter the property, the smell is horrible, followed by a urine/bathroom smell in the stair way. Opened the door to the “non smoking” room, and the room smelled strong like cigarette! Just horrible not tolerable. Immediately Went back and the attendant didnt seem to care just said “ok”. Tried to get refund thru hotels.com and they said they called thenproperty and they lied about the whole situation.
