Very secure place

Do not stay here. This is not a 5 star hotel, and the room and hotel is not worth the money. They tried to constantly up charge us for stuff. The staff is getting a kick back for booking things. Took a water taxi from airport to here for 160 euros (which all transportation in Venice is insane to begin with) then to get one back from hotel was 190 euros. Elected to get a car 2 min walk away for our flight (still 110 euros for an 20min ride) and scheduled it the night before for 8am. I called them at 6:30am and ask them to push it back 2hrs due to our flight being delayed and was told I had to still pay for that one and the new one. I had to argue with two different workers for over an hour to make sure they didn’t charge my card at the hotel. It all felt like a scam. We stayed a cheaper 4 star hotel in Venice and it was cheaper, incredible staff, and the hotel and room were stunning. Would never recommend.

Excellent stay for 7 days

Everything was perfect and we were looked after so brilliantly. Ronnie especially went above and beyond, and ensured we had a wonderful trip. Best aperol spritz we’ve ever had!

Location wise, this hotel is a 12 min walk from the bus stop & around a 20 min walk to central Venice - making it easy to get around. The hotel was decorated in a Venetian style but not overdone like some hotels. The room was very clean (which is super important to me). We had a great experience. The only thing I would say to the hotel for constructive criticism is we thought the hotel booking allowed us to have access to the spa but it didn’t and it was €30pp for 2 hours which feels a tad expensive.

It’s a great hotel in an excellent location. The only downside was that we only discovered at the end of our trip that it’s actually possible to reach the hotel directly by car or taxi from the airport.

Loved this hotel! The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed. Beautiful garden on the property where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee. I’d stay here again!
