The staff were v polite and helpful. Mr Jugnoo in the restaurant and Mr Santosh at the bar on the 4th floor were specially very supportive and made it lively and enjoyable to us

Clean and spacious rooms. Nice view of the Manali valley and nicely located property. The property is decently sized. The only negative was that hot water supply wasn't working so had to take a shower with cold water. Since we were there only for a night it did not matter much.

Pathetic hotel...unnecessarily costly. Staffs are not helpful at all. Please please never visit this hotel. Worst place to stay in Manali.

Excellent service with the reasonable cost.

Service was satisfactory but rooms needed fans or A/C.
