Love that it’s pet friendly the only place I could affordable stay during the evacuations but seemed like barely anyone worked there and when I arrived at night to check in tired and just wanting to lay down was informed of a shift change and I had to wait 10 minutes for staff to come help me and when I went back in the office the line was out the door. Pretty clean though which is not always expected at a motel so that was a pleasant surprise. Plenty of parking which was nice. WiFi sucked so bad and barely any cell signal.

I booked this room for valentines day and I had called staff to say I would be checking in late which they was fine with. On arrival, the room was clean and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. Overall decent experience for the value of money paid.

Clean room

The receptionist had a very bad attitude. I requested a non-smoking room, but my room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, and I couldn't stay there even one more night.

Horrible stay found a roach in the bathroom. Took video and they refused to look at it. Were rude about me speaking with the manager. They refused to give me compensation for the day I found it and was forced to have to stay at that hotel because they would not refund the day I found the roach. I am 8 months pregnant we were painting the house and I couldn’t breathe in the fumes so had no choice but to stay after they refused to give me my money back for the day I found it which was early in the afternoon. When speaking to the manager he said the second room was better right? I said no it was the same quality dusty, low water pressure, Luke warm water and a weird smell to it that was so strong I had to air out the room. I paid for the upgraded rooms $258 plus $100 deposit just to get a crappy room. Go elsewhere do not come here they are rude and refuse to give you your hard earned money back after discrepancies like roaches! Mind you I had to shake everything down and wash it prior to bringing anything in my house because it’s better to be safe than sorry. Horrible stay will not be back!
