Breakfast excellent! I love this place !

It wasn’t perfect, but the hotel was fantastic, location was great and staff was incredibly helpful.

Nice sized room with Great views of the Matterhorn.

The property was great. The Breakfast was good. The property was near the city center. The hotel offered a paid service to the train station. Otherwise, it was a 10-minute walk to get on the train. We would use the hotel again if we were back in Zermatt.

Perfect from start to finish, we had a mountain view and it was breathtaking. Staff was super kind. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of variety. Building is quiet and in a great location. But the icing on the cake was the “ lunch” bag we received, because we were checking out early and would miss breakfast. When the front desk person found out we were checking out early, they asked if we would like a sandwich for the train. We picked it up the evening before and it was a full bag of sandwiches, fruit, and more! What a wonderful send off. Would never stay anywhere else. I would give it 1000 stars if I could

I enjoyed our stay here. Clean & accommodating. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station just off the Main Street where all the shopping & restaurants are.

Cozy hotel with amazing view. Staff was kind and helpful - prepared a box lunch for us to take when we were departing on a early train and assisted with dinner reco which was great.
