We will never book this resort again through Expedia.

The room was in good condition and the swimming pool was great. However very disappointing that no spa facilities available although advertised as having sauna steam and jacuzzi on site. Staff are courteous and polite and do their very best under the difficult circumstances

The staff’s English was a bit limited
