Lady at check in on 24/06/26 was wonderful. She remembered our names and always spoke to us kindly. We stayed in cabin 10, a 2 bedroom cabin. It was clean, well maintained and we slept well as the beds were comfy. The location is great if wanting to do anything around Phillip Island. It backs up on a beautiful beach front and we were able to watch the sunrise. Kids loved the games room and hiring the karts for $10 per 30 mins. Great value for money.

Staff are amazing from management right through to ground staff. Cabins are amazing, spacious and well maintained, shared toilets/showers are kept very clean. Beach access from park with the best pie shop I have ever been to right across the road from big 4. Love love love it here can not recommend it enough

I think BIG4 is great and I wish we had them in New Zealand. Reasonably priced little houses, and cabins, very clean, practical layout, well run and maintained. With or without ensuites. Friendly, efficient, helpful staff. They are such good value all round. Plus, there are multiple accommodation options in terms of one, two or family rooms. Great locations and attractive grounds. Also good shared laundry facilities, kids areas, media room and large shared kitchen. I’d make Big4 my first choice whenever they were available.

SO CLOSE to the beautiful water and so handy to the shops + the bridge to the mainland! A great little well-laid out cabin with everything you need for a lovely little holiday 🌷

The cabin is in very good conditions, new and clean! Basically it has everything for a short stay, the kitchenware, the hair dryer, etc. Strongly recommend.
