We had a really good time at Elegance. Our room was very spacious , clean and well maintained. Cave rooms aren't easy to main rain, but Elegance has done a nice job here. There are two restaurants on-site, but we did not partake. The roof Terrance is wonderful and provides a great view of the balloons in the morning. The front staff were also wonderful. Very helpful and accommodating! If you are visiting Goreme, this is a great option for your stay.

Resepsiyondan havaalani transfer, mix tur, balon ve at binme aktiviteleri talep ettigimde her konuda cok yardimci oldular, ben hicbisey dusunmeden tatilimin tadini cikardim. Planlamalar kusursuz isledi. Oda temiz ve sicak, banyo, jakuzi temiz ve kullanisli. Family suit odamizdan cok memnun kaldik ailecek. Whatsapp uzerinden her konuda yardimci olunmasi da ayri bir kolaylikti benim icin. Kesinlikle mukemmel bir deneyimdi. Herkese teşekkürler bu guzel deneyim icin.

We got more than we expected from this hotel, the staff, services, breakfast and rooms all exceeded our expectations. I have to specially thank all the front desk, housekeeping and kitchen staff, they made out trip special. The room was clean and comfortable.

Location is good. However property needs upgrade. Only one AC in the entire two room. Turkey heat is no joke. so a more powerful AC or a second one is much needed.

Central location, great views from rooftop, excellent staff. Nice rooms inside caves. Bathroom had leaky water on the floor, it wasn’t bothersome though. The hotel runs its own ballooning company as well as tours. If you book everything via them, not only they provide better rates but also free shuttle service to and from airport. We learnt of this pretty late and our other activity bookings were non-cancellable, so couldn’t take advantage of their offer.
