This is such a hidden gem in the heart of Lisboa. The patio is so quiet yet short walking distance from most areas. Even during a weekend where there were major concerts, I didn’t hear any noise staying here. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. Homemade pastries, fresh squeezed orange juice, and coffee all day. The room itself was so quiet and I slept some nights with the windows open, just letting the breeze come in. I was able to do my laundry in the apartment and hang it outside in the patio with others. Almost all of Lisboa is hills, so you should know that before traveling. The staff made my commute easy by ordering taxis right to the front steps of the hotel and showing me a spot where Ubers can pick me up a mere 2-3 minutes walking. I would absolutely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived the team impressed us — they even helped with our luggage on the street, which made the start of our stay so smooth and welcoming. Every morning we looked forward to a fantastic breakfast, beautifully presented and delicious, and the housekeeping was outstanding throughout our visit. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, and the staff’s warm, helpful service made us feel right at home. We would definitely recommend this lovely hotel to others and will most certainly stay here again if we make it back.

Can't reach this place by car, so you must drag your luggage up a steep hill. I was given a room on the 5th floor although they say they only have two floors. No help getting my luggage up there. Or down. The property has no facilities and the pavement, paint and walls are neglected. Food was all right and the staff were friendly, but I don't know how on Earth this place got a 4-star rating.

We stayed at Casa do Patio for 3 nights. It was a wonderful stay. It is close enough to the city to walk, but far enough away that we were not bothered by the street noise. The rooms were very clean, the staff were exceptionally friendly, and the breakfast was delicious! Obrigada por uma estadia maravilhosa!

When the taxi drops u in the middle of the night 2 blocks away not a funny start.. the apartment rooms are clean and nice, beautiful view. Unfortunately no stairs if u plan to carry big luggage. But helpful stuff. Great location. Great breakfast. From farm to table.

We had a lovely stay! The hospitality and staff were wonderful. The room was clean. Only wish there were paper towels or a kitchen towel available for the apartment kitchen as well as a tissue box. We had a beautiful view from our floor 5 apartment windows. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful!
