Fulfills basic needs, location, price, peaceful, quiet, nice pool, on the beach on the main riad as well...near restaurants and breakfast included...

EXCELLENT STAFF.

Right next to the beach, room was dated but for the price it was good value for money

Great place, clean, friendly and staff were all amazing. I have stayed at higher rated hotels and had worse service so book this place as I would if I ever return to Koh Chang. I’d advise to book a deluxe double with balcony overlooking the pool and not any at hillside unless you’re on a tighter budget. We stayed room 409 and to note Wi-Fi box was right outside so perfect throughout stay.

We have been to Cookies hotel many times. The location is very close to the beautiful beach, restaurants and bars. Hope to return again.

Great hotel, wonderful staff, nothing was too much trouble. Will return again.

Very good hotel with swimming pool, all extremely clean and lovely helpful staff .

They have a good breakfast and a nice pool area right on the beach
