I rented the one bedroom that has kitchen and spacious living room and bedroom..It was clean, comfortable, and extremely close to the boardwalk with $20 parking which is very convenient because parking is very expensive and hard to find during Memorial Day.Highly recommend

Great proximity to the beach but the rooms are small and outdated. The bed was comfortable and the outdoor seating area was a nice add on, however this property is more like a motel with studios/suites vs. a villa. Parking is very limited but there are meters on the street, along with a parking decks. If you are unable to park in one of the designated areas, let the office staff know so that you can get reimbursed for the daily fee. The staff was very courteous but the office would randomly be closed throughout the day even though their instructions say that the staff is available from 9am - 5pm.

Wonderful place, we have been staying here for a couple of years now with the family. And such a great atmosphere and such wonderful staff.

Not enough towels. Not following up. Lack of maintenance. Price to high for what you get. Look for better options.

For the price you pay, I would recommend this place. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The room we had was spacious and clean. The hotel is very close to the Hollywood beach and broadwalk. The hotel is bit old, but that's why you are getting at such a good price.
