We originally chose to stay in an apartment that was located several minutes away from the actual hotel that we checked into. We had 4 large pieces of luggage and 4 backpack type items to carry through the streets of Venice which was not ideal. So we elected to change and stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were accommodating with the change and put us up in two separate hotel rooms. They were comfortable, with comfortable beds and a very small bathroom but which served it's purpose well. The showers had excellent water pressure even though it was so tiny you could hardly turn around. The staff were very nice and helped us secure a water taxi to the train station in the morning getting us on our way for our next adventure.

Great location in Venice, a short walk to St Mark’s Square. Room was consistent with Venetian style decor. Also overlooks the canal and a bridge which makes it a wonderful place for taking photos. Opening the door through the app was not straightforward but there is option to get a physical key instead. Check in was done online and was hassle free. Room was ready when we arrived. Would stay here again.

Great apartment, spacious and tidy

We enjoyed our stay at the apartments very much. The building was located on a quiet street, but was a very short walk to the nearest vaporetto. There were many restaurants nearby. The app they had us use to open the doors was very spotty but it saved us having to check in at the hotel so I didn’t mind having to try a few times to get in each time. There was also an elevator which was great since we were on the top floor. We had a a very nice stay and would absolutely stay there again. Highly recommend!

Very Clean, good location.

This apartment is gorgeous!!! Close to St Mark’s Square. We had the 2 bedroom 2 bathroom option and it was clean and spacious. Luckily there was a cafe close by so my daughter could wait with our luggage while I checked in as check in is at a different location about a 10 minute walk. I would highly recommend this if you have large suitcases as it’s cumbersome to go over all the bridges with large suitcases. Would stay here again!!

Access to the property is a little bit unusual in that you need to check in at a hotel first and then move over to the actual apartment, but instructions were very clear and easy to follow and the staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful. Apartment is exactly as described, very clean and quiet, and in an area of Venice very easily walkable to the major tourist areas while still being very calm and quiet. Exactly what we needed!
