Parking advertised as available although found to be limited
Bedroom comfortable & clean although some maintenance to shower needed

Beautiful hotel , was on a steep hill so not for people hard of walking . but well worth it .. had magnificent views of Llandudno . The bed was comfy , I slept very well , had high ceilings which were lovely but was a lot of cob webs on them .. I would defo look at having a sea view next time .. the bed side lamps didn’t work , but I think it was a faulty extension cable .. the breakfast was amazing and the waitress was brilliant and very professional, 😊

Ideally situated with parking, albeit a bit akward with 5 spaces,if not there is parking on the road if you can get a space! . We stayed in the quadruple room with sea view for myself, hubby and two Granddaughters. One double bed and two single beds, plenty of space. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice in a bright airy dining room. We'd definitely stay again.

Nice place to stay. Good views. Excellent location. Room had everything. Everywhere was nice and clean. And the breakfast was first class. Roll on, our next visit in August.

A lovely hotel in an old building full of charm and character, in a fantastic location right on the edge of the Great Orme, overlooking the pier. All staff were friendly and very helpful - due to the unreasonably cold weather our room was rather cool however we were given an electric heater which quickly sorted this. Great for people travelling with a furry companion, with many fantastic walks straight from the hotel. The breakfasts were top quality, with a good range of food to suit all tastes.

The room was neat and tidy and clean. The furniture was old but not really of any particular era. A bit of a Mish mash with wardrobe doors just plain. A bit of edging and a decent colour would make the a lot nicer. Not sure if the sideboard supposed to have distressed look? But was not very well done. We were supposed to have a garden view? It was car park and the headland. Comfy bed and clean bathroom

Bagus No lift, requested ground floor apologies as none free,but then 2nd floor quite the climb! Limited parking, not disabled friendly.the room clean very dated and torn chairs ,which should be in a skip,cracks in wall ripped wallpaper..However fantastic breakfast and thanks for accommodating autistic grandson for his breakfast, it was clean and towels clean but in need of some TLC, staff great , shower gels etc provided steep hill which can't be helped, but fyi for those with mobility issues .
