I had a wonderful stay at Riad Marraplace. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with traditional mint tea, which I appreciate, as well as the luxurious feel of the room, including the robes. The staff is exceptionally attentive, friendly, and able to communicate in several languages. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa and conveniently close to petit taxis, making it easy to explore Marrakech. The hotel also makes sightseeing very convenient by arranging tours and coordinating taxi pickups directly from the riad. One of the highlights of my stay was breakfast on the terrace, with nices views; the breakfast selection was different every day. I highly recommend Riad Marraplace to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located, and welcoming place to stay in Marrakech.

A nice Riad, very close to the square and easy to find. Always smiling staff. Helpful with airport transfer, 15 euro/dirham when we were there. Breakfast was included, coffee, juice, fruit, pancake, bread and cake, sometimes yoghurt. Overall a good place to stay.

Wonderful helpful staff. Great location one minute from the central square but on a quiet side street. You have to visit Jemma El Fna square after dark, increase array of local music, dancing and much more

Very helpful staff. Good AC, good hot water. Very close to the square. But very quiet at night. Walkable, many restaurents around this property and shopping places. Staff managed to keep this place very clean all the time. Not good place for the people with mobility issuses. Many steps to each floors and to eat the breakfast on the rooptop. No kettle in the room, no tea/coffeemaking facilities. No fridge also. No TV in the tooms or comman areas. Breakfast is adaquiate, may vary everyday.

This is a beautifully well maintained riad, with a stunning courtyard with fountain. The room was lovely, well decorated and of a good size. Right from the start, all of the staff were friendly, professional and most helpful, with local maps available and plenty of advice about what to do and where to go. It was in a wonderful location, less than a minute from the square with all its restaurants and souks. We had a lot of bags and the staff were extra helpful with arranging its transportation and helping us with transfers.
