The apartment was so clean, things inside were pretty and complete. Location was perfect for my family.

Location was 5 minute drive to Micronesia mall and to Tumon. Best to rent a car when booking in this place. Great space, perfect for families, very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Tv had a lot of cable channels :) Washer and dryer available.For check in, best to inform the hotel in advance regarding arrival time. Enjoyed our stay, we will be back!

전 수건도 모자랄까봐 더 챙겨갔어요 세탁기 건조기있어서 빨아서 사용했구 조용하구 좋았습니다

Bawah Purata My reservation wasn’t received, and the gate was closed, there was no body when we got there. We were with our children 4 year old and 1 year old twins, so I was so worried

Bawah Purata A 3-bedroom house charging HKD$3k per night in Guam, I'd be expecting more.
The place is rather dirty, the floor was oily, couch was dusty, bedsheets had stinks. The worst part is - you are supposed to clean the house else you need to pay USD$60 for house keeping. They won't even come to do the trash for you. 3 bedrooms you get 6 towels but if you need more (water activities etc), they won't give you additional, they will ask you to wash them. We had to ask for a hairdryer. Wifi was broken for the first 2 days and we had to ask them to fix it. Don't expect immediate service when you call, a typical wait is 1 hour, but to be fair, if they tell you 1 hour, they will really be on time.
Good range of kitchen utilities but some of them don't work.
Honestly i am not sure how it got rating 4.2 (when i booked thatz the rating on Expedia)

Hebat big dining room was so comfort. i could cooked steak. but the floor was sticky. staff was so kind even late night time. its suitable for big family.

Bagus location was good to the shopping places. close to the micronecia mall and tumon downtown.
but room air ventilation was awful. if you cook some smoke making dishes like steak, the room will be filled with smokes and smells. one hood was on the cook top. but it's function is just filter some smokes and blow it to the kitchen again, not to outside.
there is bbq tools outside. but it was so dirty that we can't use it.
there is a small pool. but the water was not clean...
for over all, it is just like a air bnb...not serviced hotel.

Hebat I was able to rest very comfortably.
Good kitchen stuff, bed,,,,,, like my home.
I wish visit again.
