Clean room, cable didn't work half the time, the pool was closed. I paid for two breakfasts, the staff wasn't helpful with me getting them. I won't stay there again. No I wouldn't recommend it!

Staff are outstanding treating you like a friend rather than a customer. Courteous, obliging and efficient helped create an atmosphere not experienced in any previous hotel we have visited.

Staff was great. Hotel was a little shabby. Elevator broken. No breakfast, just a Starbucks in the lobby.

We had 2 queen double room. Rooms were clean and tidy. Hotel do not do house keeping unless request one. All double queen rooms have sleeping positions on Head towards North so not convenient or good night sleep.
