No WIFI very weak . Dog barking all night . Coffee very bad

Lovely hotel with beautiful gardens, staff and rooms. Our only issue was how green with algae the pool was, we asked staff to clean it but there were language barriers.

They upgraded room for family room so we were very comfortable staying.

Quite far out of town. Tuk tuks will really try hard to rip you off. Even hotel arranged tuk tuks do this. They mark up price to 50,000kip when 20,000 can do trip. Also rooms are infested wth mosquitos. Staff leave doors and windows open when cleaning. So each night (we stayed 3) we were up for hours trying to kill all mosquitoes. No bug spray a available by hotel. Probably 20 mosquitoes in room per night. Rooms are really large, which while good means jts very hard to find bugs

Room is nice but shower is too slow. Staff hardly smile to the guest and not communicate very much in english!

Not great, place was not so clean, especially the restaurant/breakfast area.

Very nice room in the hotel. Reception staff don't speak very English so beware. It also took 3 attempts to get a room. The 1st room wouldn't unlock, the 2nd was a double when we'd booked a twin but the 3rd was very nice. The hotel is a LONG way out of town so not ideal and only infrequent shuttle buses into town.

Lady at reception tried to make me pay a bill twice. Was not impressed

Lovely stay, great pool! Unfortunately the only people staying at the time but lovely surroundings!
