Over all behavior of staff was good. Quality of food and its presentation is out standing.

The staff were really good and helpful throughout the stay

Good atmosphere inside the hotel

The rooms require some maintenance....

Nice hotel in middle of business town. Helpful staff with good breakfast options.

Good

Dirty Room, Broken Bathroom Door without any paint

The review I wrote last time was rejected by expedia becUse they felt the language was too strong. I do not recommend anyone booking this hotel through expedia and staying here. The staff is awful and rude. The hotel do not acknowledge boookings through expedia and they have the right to cancel your booksing without even notifying expedia. I had a terrible experience with the staff and front desk. The hotel will take extra money on the side and give priority to those booking rooms directly with them.

I would rate it as a value for money hotel. Quality of food was OK. Service was good. Amenities like gym require improvement. Would recommend this hotel.

The location is quite good. There are good restaurants in neigborhood and area is buzzing especially on weekdays due to nearby offices and colleges. Breakfast is standard, staff is friendly and helpful. Room especially bathroom should be more clean. The bathroom door was unclean, sides of bath tub were really dirty. Apart from this, the stay was decent.
