Stayed there for the football. Ideally situated. Quiet area.

We are currently staying at B&B Hotel in Lille and unfortunately we are a bit disappointed with our experience. The hotel is around 15 minutes away from the town centre, which was not very convenient for us. The parking is acceptable, but since it is separate from the hotel, it was a little difficult and inconvenient as well. The room itself was quite basic ,and the towels looked old and worn out. We have stayed in other B&B Hotels in different places before and had much better experiences, so this stay did not quite meet our expectations. On a positive note, the staff were pleasant, but overall we expected better compared to other B&B Hotels we’ve visited.

The room is fine, the bathroom can be more clean and well maintained. The worst is there is no coffee or tea in the room or anywhere else. There used to be no kettle in room too so cannot get any hot water except going to the reception and ask for some. They provide one paper cup per people at the first day but they get very soggy easily.it is fine if you just want a place to sleep.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Nice touch with the front desk staff having a sign detailing what languages they spoke. Myself and my three colleagues arrived around 11pm and checked in with zero hassle. Dropped our bags off and back to the lobby bar for a refreshing beer. Great choice and price. The room was very spacious with a very comfortable bed. We chose this location due to attending the LOSC Lille football game (hotel is a few hundred metres from stadium). On our last day, we also had the breakfast. Again, very pleasant chef and the food when it ran out was immediately replenished. Great value for money. My only minor gripe was of our party of four, one of us was on the 4th floor whilst the remaining three were on second floor. Perhaps a split 50/50 next time? In summary, great hotel which is about a ten minute walk to a choice of two metro stops. From there it’s about 15-20 minutes to city centre.

Spacious home, quiet area. Staff are excellent

Unfortunately, several things didn’t go well during my stay. My stay was disappointing. There was no easy access to the hotel with my luggage, and the hotel only had one small cart available. This made the arrival very inconvenient.The staff didn’t seem attentive, and some amenities weren’t working properly. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The hotel is minimalistic- but very nice My only request is that they would have ice available- even for a small change The location cannot be beaten for a show or a football game.
